How long until I see results?

About a week after we get your sample data, you have a working model trained on your own documents. From there you run it on real work for two weeks. Most owners can tell inside the first few days whether it's saving real time.

What if I don't have 'data'?

You almost certainly do. Invoices, quotes, intake forms, past emails, job notes, spreadsheets — that's the data. If it's on paper or in a filing cabinet, we'll talk on the call about the simplest way to get a small sample.

What happens after the trial if I say no?

Nothing happens. There's no fee and no card on file, and we delete the trial data. You keep whatever you learned about your own workflows, and we part as friends.

Who can see my data?

The engineers building your model, and no one else. Your sample is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people doing the work, and it is never handed to a third party.

What does on-premise actually involve?

We supply and install a dedicated AI server at your location and your model runs entirely inside your walls. We maintain the hardware, apply updates, and monitor it remotely only with your permission. It's covered by the same flat monthly fee structure.

Do you train on my data for other clients?

Never. Your data builds your model only. We don't pool client data, we don't build a shared model, and we don't resell anything you give us.

What tools do you integrate with?

The ones you already use — email, shared drives and document storage, accounting and invoicing tools, CRMs, and most systems with an export or an API. During rollout we connect your model to those tools so the work lands where your team already looks.

Yes, a simple monthly agreement once you decide to go ahead. It's written in plain English, there's no multi-year lock-in, and the cancel terms are spelled out in the same document.
